I don’t know if I can get a statistic on this but I believe the most popular things that people like to share on social medias are pictures. Try updating your status on Facebook or post a link on Twitter or post a video on Google Plus.
Unless, you are a VIP or celebrity or someone who actively participate in social medias, chances are no one bothers with what you have posted.
But try uploading or sharing pictures on any social medias that you joined, I bet there are people who notice and even “Like”, “Plus” or “Tweet” it. No wonder people keep repeating the mantra “a picture speaks a thousand words” and Intagram is swiftly gaining popularity among internet users.
If you believe in magic, well there is magic in every photo and it keeps turning people on and on each day.
What Are You Sharing?
I don’t know what you like to share on social medias and what are the response that you get, if any. 😀 I hope you can share your experience on this blog, especially how to get people to either “Like”, “Plus” or “Tweet” whatever you post, other than pictures.
I think many would love to know more about it.
One of the reasons I write this post is because I find that Google+ is fast turning into another Instagram or Pinterest. 😉
It is not that I don’t like them. They are very beautiful, most of them. But what are these people trying to gain when posting pictures on social medias, I wonder? I know bloggers like to post link to get traffic and backlinks.
There are also perks that await those creating videos and share it on the internet.
But, distributing your photos for free? Hmm.. maybe they are just too kind or passionate about photography.
Anyway, I would like to share a photo of my own today (see above). It was captured yesterday not too far from our home. That is my four-year-old boy.
Now how do you rate that picture? Would you “Like”, “Plus” or “Tweet” for me?
Thank you for your time. I hope you have a very nice day.
