For once the Hackers group called ‘Anonymous’ make themselves useful and could find themselves loved by the Muslims worldwide. Armed with hacking expertise they launched an attack at Israel’s territories yesterday. The attack however was at Israel’s cyber territories which included a number of Israeli websites and leaking a document with the names, addresses, and phone numbers of 5,000 Israeli officials. Satu perkara mengenai undang-undang ianya biasanya tidak sempurna dan perlu diperbaiki dari semasa ke semasa. Namun, objektifnya selalunya ke arah kebaikkan. Dalam soal AES, semangat yang wujud dalam perlaksanaannya adalah bagi mengurangkan kenderaan yang dipandu dalam keadaan laju dan merbahaya. Mat Rempit dan Mat Racer terutamanya. Serta juga yang suka melanggar lampu merah dan di masa akan datang – kesalahan-kesalahan yang lain pula. Biarpun ini secara langsung tidak akan mengurangkan kematian dan kemalangan jalan raya, namun dalam jangka panjang ia akan memberikan kesan yang positif insya-allah. Ia diharap dapat membuat pemandu-pemandu lebih berhemah dan berhati-hati bila menggunakan jalan raya dan impak kemalangan tentu lebih kurang berbanding bila kenderaan dipacu dengan laju.

Section 39(b)(2) of the Dangerous Drugs Act provides capital punishment (death penalty) to offences prescribed under first para of the said act. It is one of a few offences under Malaysian Laws where death penalty is applied. The others are offences that relate to murder, treason and possession of fire arms, ammunition and explosives under Firearms (Increased Penalties) Act 1971. Death sentences are carried out by hanging as provided under Section 281 of the Criminal Procedure Code. Based on statistics from the Prisons Department, 860 offenders have been meted the death penalty as of Feb 2012. While there’s be a long standing debate on whether death penalty should be abolished in line with Article 3 and Article 6 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR) and the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR), the capital punishment still remains part of Malaysia law.
