Nickelodeon announced the nominees for the 25th Annual Kids’ Choice Awards last Saturday; the show will be helmed by Will Smith and will be held at the USC’s Galen Center in Los Angeles on March 31. Katy Perry, LMFAO and Taylor Swift scored multiple nominations while Bruno Mars, Kristen Stewart, Justin Bieber and Sofia Vergara were also nominated. Nickeloden fans in Malaysia have also a reason to get excited as our Terukir Di Bintang singer-songwriter, Yuna is also nominated for Favorite Asian Act, the newest and exclusive Asian category of 2012 Kids’ Choice Awards. She will up against Agnes Monica of Indonesia, Wonder Girls of Korea and hot-favourite Charice of Philippines.
The Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards is geared towards a younger audience however is considered one of America’s biggest annual awards shows. It’s able to draw top celebrities guests and performer every year. Fans can vote for their favorite stars beginning March 1 using a Facebook application on the Nickelodeon Facebook page.
