Following on from the Facebook-loving couple who named their child after Mark Zuckerberg‘s social network, Israeli mum and dad Lior and Vardit Adler have called their newborn daughter ‘Like’. Yes, really.

The ‘Like’ button on Facebook, as with YouTube‘s ‘thumbs up’ feature, is there to let users signal their approval of friends’ comments, status updates, photos, videos and the like. And it turns out Lior and Vardit Adler like the ‘Like’ button itself so much they, like, named their little one after it. ‘To me it is important to give my children names that are not used anywhere else, at least not in Israel,’ Mr Adler told German Press Agency DPA.
Like joins the couple’s other two daughters Dvash (‘honey‘ in Hebrew) and Pie. ‘If once people gave Biblical names and that was the icon, then today [the Facebook 'Like'] is one of the most famous icons in the world,’ mused Mr Adler, who lives in Hod Hasharon, near Tel Aviv.

saya ingin bertanya 1 soalan..wage period ialah dr 21 hb -20 hb berikutnya.. gaji pokok RM 550 sebulan.. seorang pekerja telah diambil bekerja pada 1hb feb..ini bermakna apabila dibuat pengiraan gaji utk feb, maka ia hanya akan menerima gaji utk 20 hr sahaja dan baki utk 21hb feb akan diambil kira sebagai gaji march.. persoalannya :-
1. betulkah perlu pro rate gaji tersebut untuk dapatkan basic 20 hr.. maksudnya basic asal /hr dlm bulan tersebut x jumlah hari bekerja
2. bagaimana pengiraan OT utk 20 hari tersebut..berdasarkan rate pro rate atau basic asal RM 550 itu?
Ini macam punya orang pun ada… macam-macamlah dunia sekarang ni..
