Grumpy Cat

Remember what they teach you at marketing and business school?  Smiling is one of the most important thing for your business and personal appearance, of course. According to a study published at www.theretailbulletin.com, research has found that it can be a great tool in helping you make more money! Customers are likely to spend up to 40% more with a retailer who serves them with a smile. Other than that, a smile can give you plenty of other benefits too such as winning many friends and is also good for your health. A simple smile can release endorphins into the body.

These endorphins are known as the ‘feel good’ chemical and are often associated with the high we feel after exercise. So we should smile always, right?

The Grumpy Cat

Of course, the above may not apply to certain people or CAT. Take for example the ever famous ‘Garfield‘. How many times have we seen him smile? And what about Tardar Sauce aka ‘Grumpy Cat‘? Grumpy Cat is gaining plenty of attention and is now becoming a world wide celebrity for his GRUMPY FACE! MSNBC named Grumpy Cat 2012’s most influential cat. It also won BuzzFeed’s Meme of the Year Award at the 2013 Webby Awards and  a Lifetime Achievement Award at the 2013 Friskies.

Plus, a couple of days ago, the cat was invited to American Idol and this is what Lyndsey Parker of Yahoo wrote:

Wednesday’s top six theme on “American Idol” was “A Little Bit Country and a Little Bit Rock ‘n’ Roll” — because, you know, nothing ropes in those all-important younger viewers like a Donny & Marie reference! The bigger draw was no doubt Internet sensation Grumpy Cat, scowling in a way that could make even Simon Cowell look like a real pussycat, even when Caleb Johnson gave her a cute smooch. Forget about Randy “The Dawg” Jackson; can Grumpy Cat just be a regular “Idol” cast member on Season 14?
